Lola here is from England who joined the 2015 #CMO30DayChallenge.  During this challenge she worked out 5 days per week, made better choices for nutrition (portion control), and she lost 6 pounds. She says mentally she feels great, she got a real high after each workout, a sense of fulfillment, her clothes fit me better, friends and family have been paying her compliments, and thank God she didn't talk herself out

 

 

 

 

"It was wonderful being accountable to someone, and PT didn't fail to push and motivate me. I really appreciate this lady for all her hard work and commitment to helping people lead a healthier life. Right at the beginning I let PT know I was unable to do some exercises, and her response to that was to design a workout video just for me!!! Their Story: These two clients said they only took my Phillips 66 group class, which was twice a week and incorporated better eating habits. After only 7 weeks they were down 8 pounds (left) and 5 pounds (right).

Brenda’ s Story: has lost weight and gain muscle by taking my women's group class 3 times per week. She first started with her body fat percentage in the 50s, now she's down to 45% body fat.

Lily's Story: Started off close to 200lbs. She trained with C’MO Fitness three times per week in a group camp. She started not being able to run short distances, couldn’t hold herself up in a plank, nor many other things. After being with us for a year she loss over 25lbs, toned her legs and arms, and belly went down. She also was able to hold herself up in a plank position, as well as run a mile, just to name a few things!
